My Training
In 2015 I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; everything from Ayurveda, gluten-free, and Paleo, to raw, vegan, and macrobiotics, and everything in between.
In 2017 I became certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I made the decision to get certified because I could see that Nutrition and fitness need to work hand-in-hand.
In 2018 I became certified with Precision Nutrition as one of their Level 1 Coaches and started utilizing their online program, ProCoach with my one-on-one clients.
I am now excited to offer not only one-on-one coaching in person, but also coaching via an online portal thus allowing me the opportunity to help my clients more efficiently and without worry of geographic concerns.

About Tracy
Being told by her doctor in 2006 that she was pre-diabetic and headed towards a future as a Type 2 Diabetic, Tracy had to start making better lifestyle choices. A yo-yo dieter most of her life, the news of this diagnosis was frustrating but put her on a solid path to wellness. Today, Tracy is no longer pr-diabetic, feels healthy and strong taking on century bike rides, eating in a way that supports her body, and finally, feeling good in her own skin.
Tracy's personal health journey inspired her to go back to school, where she trained in more than 100 dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods as well as science-based personal training.
Tracy now helps clients create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits their unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
Tracy is a published author of three books a: 1) "One Crazy Broccoli, My Body is Smarter Than My Disease!" a compilation of empowering stories from authors from around the world. This book is a collection of true stories, all sharing what people went through, and how they managed to recover from fibromyalgia, diabetes, depression, serious allergies, or even multiple sclerosis, just to name a few. And 2) "What's Left to Eat?", a cookbook filled with experts from around the world, offering recipes for those who are nut-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, wheat-free, gluten-free, egg-free, soy-free, and GMO-free. Tracy's most current book “Your Personal Journey with Food.” An interactive book that will take the reader on their own personal journey where they will uncover their current unique relationship with food that may not be serving them, thus allowing them to create a new, vibrant, unique, and healthy relationship with food. Your Personal Journey with Food is available on Amazon as well as many other locations where you like to order your books. If you like purchasing from independent book stores, check out the book here.
Community involvement and outreach are an important part of Tracy’s life. From 2006-2012, Tracy volunteered with the Master Builder’s Care Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing temporary housing for individuals and families in need. She is now a volunteer with HopeLink, a local nonprofit organization working to end poverty in their community.
From 2012-2016, Tracy volunteered with the American Diabetes Associations of Seattle & Portland, providing antioxidant screenings and consultations regarding nutrition. At the same time, she enjoyed being a part of the Seattle Tour de Cure planning committee and serving as Chair in 2014 and 2015. She and her husband love to sing and perform with the locally based, Choir of the Sound.
Tracy received her Health Coaching and Nutrition training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Precision Nutrition where she studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. She received her Personal Training certification from The National Academy of Sports Medicine. With her knowledge, she works with you to co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
